Terms & Conditions
General Information
1.1 In order for a space to be held for your child in our classes, payment is required monthly in advance, by subscription only.
1.2 Our fees are pro rata based and spread out evenly over 12 months. Our fees are taken from your account on the 1st of each month (fees can sometimes come out after this date depending on if the 1st of the month falls on a weekend/bank holiday).
1.3 The number of weeks that you are charged for are dependent on your start date. A covering payment will be added onto your first set of fees for the classes running before the next rolling month. Class For Kids will adjust your first payment to cover these sessions. You don’t need to do anything; this will happen automatically.
1.4 Fees are reviewed annually

1.6 Prices are based on 41 weeks worth of classes and pro-rated over 12 months. Payments for the term are spread evenly over the 12 monthly direct debit payments (August-July), this means a payment will also be taken during the month of July and at other points in the year when classes are off, for e.g. Easter, October Break & Christmas. Whilst you are paying during holidays this has already been considered in the 12-month accounting period. When your subscription has been set up, your account will be charged accordingly. You will be debited monthly, however - the total cost of your payments is for the operating weeks only.
1.7 Class Fees are non refundable
1.8 All students must pay an Annual membership fee each year. This covers the setting up of each student on our system, insurances, licensing and ongoing admin costs. This is non refundable.
1.9 We have a no refund policy on party cancellations such as Christmas eve experiences and themed parties hosted by Shhh. Birthday party deposits are also non refundable.
2. Cancellation Of Fees Policy
2.1 In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription, please refer to our Cancellation Policy - Should you, the Parent/Guardian, wish to cancel your child/children in question’s membership agreement, we require 30 days notice via email/message along with fees. A letter or email of your intent should be sent to and received by Shhh Studios and emails should be sent to shhhdance@hotmail.co.uk or the studio's main line: 07939248003
2.2 If we receive your cancellation notice closer than 30 days to your next rolling 1-month membership period, you will be required to pay for that next rolling 1-month membership period.
3.Class Levels
3.1 Class age levels are approximate and vary year - year. Groupings are determined both by age and ability to provide the best training possible for every Shhh member. Shhh Studios is always a work in progress to provide the absolute best curriculum for serious, dedicated, dancers/gymnasts.
4.Medical Pause / Terms Summary
4.1 If you have an existing subscription and an extenuating injury or medical condition arises that prevents your child from attending, we are able to pause your subscription, so long as you provide an appropriate doctor’s note indicating the length of time your child is advised not to partake in dance/physical activity. To initiate the pause, please email your request and attach your doctor’s note to shhhdance@hotmail.co.uk or speak to a member of staff in person.
5.Show Fee Policies
If you decide to withdraw your child from any performance, such as a summer show or Christmas show, you must notify Shhh Studios in advance. Notification should be sent via email to shhhdance@hotmail.co.uk or communicated through the studio’s main line at 07939248003.
5.1 Please note that all show fees, rehearsal fees, and award fees are non-refundable within six weeks of the performance date. By this time, costume hires will have been arranged and paid for, making refunds unavailable.
6.Photo/Video Permission
6.1 Kindly notify a member of staff if you do not wish for your child to take part in pictures and videos. You must email your request to opt out. This can be sent to our email address (shhhdance@hotmail.co.uk)
7.WAIVER & RELEASE
7.1 By registering at Shhh Studio's, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to put your child in a program of moderate – high physical exercise. You acknowledge that you are fully informed of the nature of our programme and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences i.e. sore muscles, bruises, and injuries. Any injuries sustained you will not hold Shhh Studio's accountable. You assume all risk for your child’s/dependants health and wellbeing, and fully release Shhh Studio's from all liability.
By enrolling my son/daughter/dependant into Shhh Studios School, I confirm that I accept the above terms and conditions.
