In our Acro 2 class we focus on tidying up basic Acro skills, with straight arms and legs, pointed toes and presentation. We start linking skills together to create routines on the mats and working on our tumbling skills.
In this class the children will begin learning more complex skills such as different roll variations, handstand into bridge, kickovers, one handed cartwheels, roundoff development, Y- stands and more advanced jumps.
