This class is an invite only class as there are certain skills and experience required before being asked to join. This class will work on and develop advanced agility/tumbling skills such as back and front somersaults, backflips, front handsprings, free cartwheels, free walkovers. We will also be working on advanced flexibility skills including one handed walkovers, walkovers to splits, leaps, and much more. At this stage, the students are working on more complex balances such as scorpion, needle, headstand, handstand hold and elbow stands.

This class will also focus on improving the strength and fitness of our gymnasts, as they will need to be strong and flexible to complete the partner skills we train at this stage.

If you would like to join this class, you must first have attended our Crazy Tumblers class and our coaches will assess your skills from there. You may not be ready to move into this class straight away until we have developed the skills required to move into the next stage.
