Our Tumbling Tigers class develops the basic foundations of gymnastics. We focus on developing the children's balance, jumps and shapes which will give them the fundamentals to progress their basic gymnastics skills.
In this class we always complete a stretch to warm up the gymnasts muscles before developing a specific skill for that week.
This class will work on developing skills such as forward/backwards rolls, bunny hops/handstands, basic cartwheels, bridges, and we will also use our excellent equipment to enhance our skills.
We also begin to work on basic partner skills in this class which builds confidence and allows the children to achieve these skills as a team.
