Our Acro 1 class develops the basic foundations of acro. We focus on developing the children's balance, jumps and shapes which will give them the fundamentals to progress their basic Acro skills.

In this class we always complete a stretch to warm up the gymnasts muscles before moving onto our acro skills. This class will work on developing skills such as forward/backwards rolls, bunny hops/handstands, basic cartwheels, bridges and flexibility as that is a very important aspect of Acro.

We also begin to work on basic partner skills in this class which builds confidence and allows the children to achieve these skills as a team.
